Surya Jewels Returns Policy
You can return your physical product which you purchased to the address below in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the items for a refund less the shipping and a one-time processing fee of $20. Please note all products must be unopened, with seals and wrapping in original condition, along with all labels attached, to be eligible for a full refund at the price you paid for the item. The items will be returned to the buyer within 14 days and buyer will cover the shipping.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue the appropriate refund to the payment method used for the original order.
Please note there is a $30 processing fee deducted for all returns to cover the cost of processing orders, handling and packing the products purchased, and the delivery of products. For refunds please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date we received the item to complete.
Please note there are no returns for any used products from the Surya Jewels site.

Cancellations prior to shipping
If you contact us before your order is shipped we are happy to change or cancel an order, however, it will be subject to a processing fee of $30. Once orders have been shipped, they are subject to our returns policy and all applicable fees.
